New i520 Mobile App, New Barcode EAN-128 and Logistics Label Applications
In 2019, 520 Barcode Hellas, faithful to its commitment to continuous improvement and the provision of new services to its subscribers, designed, developed and integrated two new services into the my520.gr platform: the creation of Barcode EAN-128 and the Logistics Label. At the same time, it launched the new version of the Mobile i520 App, which is now also available for iOS.
Mobile i520 App
The i520 mobile application has been updated and extended to the iOS platform.
The new version provides:
- A seamless user experience on Android and iOS devices.
- Improved Barcode EAN-13 and EAN-8 scanning speeds
- Added support for Barcode ITF-14 scanning
- Ability to scan and decode various types of QR Code, such as web addresses, e-mail accounts, plain text and vCards
- Barcode and QR Code scan history
- Check digit calculation for Barcode EAN-13, EAN-8, ITF-14, UPC-A and SSCC codes
- Ability to select any mobile camera and use the flash
Barcode EAN-128 from my520.gr
Subscribers of 520 Barcode Hellas can now create Barcode EAN-128 through the my520 platform.
These barcodes are used on pallet labels and cartons.
When creating a Barcode EAN-128, users can easily select the application identifiers they need,
with explanations and validation mechanisms available to them.
The process is simple at every step, requires no specialized technical knowledge,
and minimizes possible errors.
Logistics Label from my520.gr
Through the "Logistics Label" service, users of the my520 platform gain access to a truly innovative tool.
Using the most modern web technologies, 520 Barcode Hellas created a unique
online application for designing Logistics labels. Users of the service can choose from a wide range of tools
and design the label for their product according to their own requirements.
They can also integrate images as well as Barcode EAN-128, which they create through my520, taking advantage of the high level of barcode creation quality provided by 520 Barcode Hellas. The application keeps a catalogue of the labels created by each user, while also providing the ability to download labels in high resolution in any possible size, layout and pagination.
The my520.gr platform now contains 380,000 codes for Greek products.
520 Barcode Hellas will present the above, together with other services and applications, at the Seminar it is holding on Friday, October 4, at the Tsichritzis Foundation for Visual Arts, 18 Kassaveti Street, Kifissia.
