By registering with 520 Barcode Hellas and obtaining a Barcode Company Prefix License, you also gain access to a comprehensive range of services, including:
License Terms...
- The License is valid for one year from the date of signing and is automatically renewed upon payment of the annual license fee. License fees are based on the company's annual turnover. The company is required to provide 520 Barcode Hellas with accurate annual turnover information on an annual basis.
- If the License expires or is terminated, the right to use the barcode numbers assigned under the Company Prefix License ceases. The Company Prefix may be reassigned by 520 Barcode Hellas after an appropriate period, in accordance with its allocation policies.
- f you wish to obtain barcode numbers again after your License has expired, you must submit a new application and a new Company Prefix will be assigned.
- The Company Prefix and the barcode numbers derived from it, may be used only by the licensed company for its own products and business activities. They may not be transferred, assigned, or used by third parties.
- Retailers and other trading partners may be notified periodically of Company Prefixes and barcode numbers that are no longer valid.
- License holders are required to comply with the specifications, standards, and rules governing the barcode system as published by 520 Barcode Hellas.
