OR 520 Barcode Hellas SA has created and manages the Coding System for products, services and positions with the prefix 520 and ensures, through the assignment of appropriate code numbers to its Subscribers, the unambiguous identification of products, services and positions at an international level. 520 Barcode Hellas SA uses internationally accepted technological standards, open and internationally established, to develop specifications and manage the Coding System, in which the code numbers from 520 and from 2 play a primary role, all of which are bound to ensure the uniqueness of the assigned codes.
Listed below are the terms and conditions for the granting of a License to Use Code Numbers to Subscribers for a limited period of validity and the provision of related Services by 520 Barcode Hellas SA.

1. DEFINITIONS
   1. Coding System: It is a set of rules concerning in the performance and management of identification codes for products, services and positions and a set of implementation standards for this coding. The system provides the possibility of effective management, at an international level, of the supply chain in many business sectors activity, with the unique identification of products, services and positions and facilitates the procedures of Electronic Commerce including full monitoring and traceability. The system contains instructions and application specifications managed and published by 520 Barcode Hellas SA and which are always based on open, freely available and internationally established technologies for the creation and use of data carriers (data carriers) such as barcode, rfid or electronic messages (e.g. xml).
   2. Code Number: A unique number barcode issued by 520 Barcode Hellas AE, and used in transactions as a "distinctive feature" of products, services or positions. The assigned codes start from 520 or 2 and are all reserved by 520 Barcode Hellas AE, which has created and manages the database of codes from 520 or 2, for current or future performance and arranged in code classes with different qualitative and quantitative characteristics.
   3. Corporate Prefix: It is the initial part of the structure of a Code Number, unique to each business, which defines its identity globally.
   4. Services: All services provided by 520 Barcode Hellas SA to Its subscribers, as defined from time to time on the website and its related forms.
   5. Subscriber: Is the company (legal entity of public or private law or natural person) who is registered in the registers of 520 Barcode Hellas SA and whose License to Use Code Numbers is granted, paying registration fees and annual subscription, thus acquiring the possibility of using the Coding System and of the code numbers that have been provided to it, as well as the relevant services for it validity period of the license.
2. SERVICES - GRANT OF LICENSE TO USE CODE NUMBERS
   1. With his application, the Subscriber can request a) the issuance of a Corporate Prefix License b) the issuance of a License to Use Code Numbers of special structures (EAN-8, Variable Weight, Discount Coupons) provided that it already has the Corporate Prefix License and c) the granting of a License Use position number code (GLN). In case (a), 520 Barcode Hellas SA reserves a corporate prefix on behalf of the Subscriber and grants him the License to Use all codes generated from it numbers, with a 12-month duration and start date on the date indicated on the license granted. In case (b), the corresponding User Licenses are assigned, of which those assigned without additional subscription, automatically expire with the expiration of the License with which the corporate prefix. Those, which are assigned with an additional subscription, have an annual duration, but depend on the License Use of the corporate prefix and its duration. Therefore, in the event of its termination or interruption latter, these licenses are not renewed. In case (c) 520 Barcode Hellas SA sponsors the corresponding 12-month License with a start date on the date indicated on permission granted.
   2. The person wishing to maintain any License must renew its validity period, for one year at a time, paying the corresponding annual subscription in advance.
3. CHARGES AND PAYMENTS
   1. The price for the granting of the Licenses and the provision of the Services is determined from 520 Barcode Hellas AE and the relevant amounts appear in billing tables issued by 520 Barcode Hellas SA, in the renewal notices License Number Codes and on the issued invoices.
   2. The amounts of the registration fee and the annual license fee depend on the type of business/subscriber, its annual turnover (regardless of the amount of codes in use) as well as the type of codes. Registration and annual fees subscriptions are paid in advance and are not refundable under any circumstances, even if it is not done use of the above code numbers.
   3. The payment due date is indicated on the annual subscription payment notice.
   4. Payment is made by express payment at any ELTA office, by depositing into a bank account, with in cash, by check or in any other manner agreed upon.
   5. 520 Barcode Hellas SA has the right to stop providing services and revoke the License Code Numbers if the Subscriber does not pay the due amount of his annual subscription.
   6. The Subscriber has the obligation to inform 520 Barcode Hellas AE in writing, of any changes to company details (e.g. name of representative, address, etc.).
   7. The Subscriber is also obliged to notify, after the close of each financial year of, the financial data (last year's turnover or balance sheet or the E3), to determine it of his annual subscription. If a higher subscription is paid due to non-disclosure of the above finances data, then this is not sought by the Subscriber, because it is due to non-compliance with the contractual his obligation.
4. USE OF BARCODE NUMBERS
   1. The Subscriber is obliged to use MONO the code numbers for which he has the License is granted and only for the duration of its validity.
   2. The Subscriber is obliged to apply the regulations governing the Coding System and concern the faithful application of the rules and specifications as issued by 520 Barcode Hellas SA. These specifications have been adopted by the market worldwide and are now international standards.
   3. In order to confirm the Subscriber's compliance with the terms of this contract 520 Barcode Hellas SA has the right to inspect the use of codes by the Subscriber and the latter is required to provide access to records as well as any reasonable facility to 520 Barcode Hellas AE for this purpose.
   4. The Subscriber is not entitled to carry out any form of transfer/concession/exploitation of the use, lease/sublease of the barcode code number(s) for which they have been issued Licenses in his name, except with the written consent of 520 Barcode Hellas SA.
   5. The Subscriber, knowing that the actual guarantee of the uniqueness of the code numbers, granted to him hereby, originates from the Coding System of 520 Barcode Hellas SA and materialized with the database maintained by 520 Barcode Hellas AE, undertakes the obligation not to take actions that insult or put at any risk the uniqueness of the codes numbers, in particular by continuing to use them in violation of the terms herein.
   6. The License to Use the services of 520 Barcode Hellas SA, which will be granted pursuant to this application, does not give the Subscriber any right to use the trademarks, service marks, patents and other industrial and intellectual rights property, the use of which is owned by 520 Barcode Hellas AE by ownership or due to the conclusion of agreements License with the beneficiary or in any other way.
5. EXPIRATION OF LICENSE TO USE CODE NUMBERS
   1. The duration of the Code Number Licenses is twelve (12) months with a start date the date indicated on the license granted in accordance with the specific provisions of article 2.1 above
   2. The Before the expiry of the period of time of article 5.1 the Subscriber has the right to request in writing at any time, with a relevant statement to 520 Barcode Hellas SA, the termination of a License. The interruption will take effect after fifteen (15) days, from receipt of the statement. In this case the Subscriber has no claim against it 520 Barcode Hellas AE for refund of part or all of the paid subscription, of right of registration, while 520 Barcode Hellas SA undertakes not to dispose these codes before the expiry time of the annual subscription that has already been paid.
   3. Before the expiry of the time period of article 5.1 or 520 Barcode Hellas AE is entitled to revoke the License of Use of the code numbers, at any time in case breach of any of the terms set forth herein which are all agreed as essential. The results of the revocation start from the relevant written notification to the Subscriber, while the Subscriber will be liable for compensation as defined in article 6.1 hereof. Additional claim for compensation at the expense of the Subscriber, according to the provisions of the Law, is not excluded. Revocation of the revocation is not allowed.
6. RESULT OF EXPIRATION OF LICENSE TO USE CODE NUMBERS
   1. In the event of termination of a Code Number License for any reason or by anyone manner, the Subscriber is obliged to cease using all those referred to therein code numbers, being otherwise liable for compensation for any positive or incidental damage that may occur suffered by 520 Barcode Hellas AE or third parties, from the continued use of these numbers. 7. DATA BASES
   1. 520 Barcode Hellas SA has created and maintains databases, in which both company details and product details are registered. The data in question are used by 520 Barcode Hellas SA to fulfill its contractual obligations obligations and are processed by it in accordance with the provisions of the current legislation. To the extent that the above information constitutes personal data, 520 Barcode Hellas SA receives the appropriate technical and organizational measures for their security. The Subscriber accepts and agrees with the above use of this data by 520 Barcode Hellas SA for the smooth execution, support and monitoring of the business relationship of 520 Barcode Hellas SA with him as well as receiving statistics. 520 Barcode Hellas SA does not transfer them personal data of its customers to third parties. 8. DIFFERENCE
   1. If any of the conditions provided for in this License prove to be invalid or invalid the rest of its terms remain absolutely valid.
   2. These terms are governed by Greek Law. For every difference that wanted to arise the courts of Athens are competent.
